I've always loved hosting.

There is something awesome about bringing people together and watching new connections form. 

​

But as I've gotten older, I've also felt how much harder connection can be. 

​

Life gets busy. 

The world right now is....alot. 

And even when you have people if your life, it can start to feel a little lonlier than it used to. 

​

At the same time, meeting new people in NYC feels impossible. 

​

I found myself missing that sense of community that I grew up with. 

​

So I started thinking - what if I could bring these two things together?

My love for hosting and the need for more spaces where connection feels easy again. 

​

That is how Starrlight came to be. 

​

A way to create a safe space where people can come together and find their people - even if its just for a night. 

​
